Bart

Bart was initially part of the Bart/Max team. They dated Liz at the same time and pulled silly tricks. That is about all of that story that anyone needs to know because of how insanely stupid it is.

Better Deal

Lord Zmolik was often quoted by many including Bart by his accurate description of Bart's mentality towards women. As soon as Bart started dating a woman he had desired he immediately starts looking for a "better deal." This was proven true with almost every woman he dated.

Later Years

After subsequently pissing off and alienating all of his friends, Bart moved north to nowhere Arkansas to fade out of the minds of Espionage Enterprises. Not satisfied with Arkansas, he recently start commuting back to Dallas, to sleep with Liz. This will probably not end well, but no one really cares.
