History
The Chancellor met fellow department member Hansel at Wildwood Baptist Church in 1989 where they both attended services to learn about family values and filthy jokes from Uggle Biggy. Two years later they formed a rap group entitled "The Triangle of Terror". The Chancellor's rap name was "D Love" then later "X Bass". Hansel's rap name was "Fooly Z".
Soon, the Chancellor realized that rap stunk and got into acting where he still is today.
Things That Displease the Chancellor
- Pumped up the rectum by leather daddy
- Shin pounded to powder with baseball bat
- Fine cut of filet mignon slathered in mustard
- Cleaning puke/diarrhea off mattress while hungover
- Smothered covered filthed and shat
- Kitra eats all of pot

- Being nauseated whilst hearing the mimmist talk about how if he doesn't take out the garbage he'll miss "trash day"
- Bitten a little bit by alligator

Out of the frying pan and into the fire
When the Genral' was moving out of Hansel's apartment as his roommate he was replaced by the Chancellor. On the final day that the Genral's furniture was moved out, the Chancellor came into the bathroom of that bedroom to move his stuff in and noticed that although there were Genral' turds floating in the toilet there was yet no toilet paper. The Chancellor concluded that the Genral' doesn't wipe his butt. As the now disgusted Chancellor then walked across the hall to Hansel's room to inform Hansel that the Genral' was a shit ass he discovered some newspapers in Hansel's room covered in fresh loads of seaman. The Chancellor shouted "NO SIR" and ran out of the apartment.
Fun Facts
- The Chancellor becomes violent if you pronounce the "T" in "often". (The Captain whole-heartedly agrees with this sentiment.)
- Although the Chancellor is not a self proclaimed poopy puppy, he does however hold contempt for porch puppies.
